Dr Rubenstein is very caring, always takes the time to listen to my needs during my appointments. He doesn’t stare at his computer screen like other providers, but is genuinely interested and attentive. He also responds to messages in My Chart in a very timely manner. He and his office staff in Salem give great “small town” service that you can’t find anymore. We highly recommend them!
Dr Rubenstein and his staff are taking great care of my 100-year old father, and have been for the past 10 years.
