Several heavy storms finally exposed the weaknesses in the old roof. Water collected around the drains, leaks appeared near the mechanical equipment, and our maintenance team struggled to keep up. We hired Barney Roofing to replace the roof. They removed the aging system, replaced damaged materials, corrected drainage, and installed a new PVC membrane. After years of temporary repairs, it became obvious our warehouse needed more than another patch. We approved a new roof installation covering nearly the entire facility. The scope included removing the old roof, replacing the damaged substrate, and installing a reinforced PVC membrane. The project moved steadily from start to finish, and communication stayed clear throughout. The finished system looks well-built and has already held up through several storms without any issues !!

This was a large roof installation on a warehouse with serious wear below the existing system. The crew first replaced the compromised areas, then completed the installation with strong attention to detail. The new roof looks clean, consistent, and built for long-term performance.

Our office property needed a major reroofing due to recurring leaks and moisture issues over several years. Barney Roofing removed the old assembly, replaced the compromised sections underneath, and installed a stronger low-slope system. The work was efficient, organized, and clearly done with experience.

"This roof replacement was part of a larger exterior renovation of the commercial property. The roofing contractor worked with our designer to make sure the new tile color matched the rest of the finishes. The crew completed a tear-off and reinstalled underlayment with high-temperature protection, followed by new tiles across 10,800 square feet. Every valley and ridge was sealed perfectly. The alignment looks factory-precise, and the overall appearance ties the entire project together beautifully."
