I am being kind in giving a one, but there wasn't a lower rating. First, after attempting to call and confirm you were open and getting no answer, I checked your website, which states (as I type this) that you are OPEN Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00-4:00 pm. When we arrived, we called for clarification on the directions to your business, only to be told that you were closed until after the 1st of the year AND!!! that you are a 'by appointment only' business.
