I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent repair of my ring. The repair was intended to address a crack; however, the work appears to have been carried out unsatisfactorily. The ring is now uneven, its shape has been altered, and the hallmark has been damaged. It cost me $125! This ring holds significant sentimental value for me , and I am understandably very distressed and disappointed with the outcome. Do not recommend this jewellery shop!
The most recent reviews are spot on. I took a gold necklace in to have the pendant changed to a different white gold chain and to also shorten the white gold chain. They quoted me $65 maximum for everything to be done. I had specifically spoken to the lady at the counter about changing the original gold jump ring to a new white gold one (as you would expect). Do not entrust ring resize to this jeweller. Please read as I am not just a venting disgruntled customer. Against my better judgement and with a view to support a small businesses, as opposed to the franchise jewellers, I made the mistake of entrusting a ring resize which I’m sure many of us have done many times over the years without any issue, which is what I was expecting.
