Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by the receptionist, and another lady I spoke with was equally friendly and professional. Very fast on estimate
Traveling for vacation and the undercarriage of our car got damaged. Allen and his mechanic were great people and got us right in, took care of us quickly, and we are very lucky we chose here to stop for help. Highly recommend them!
Barnett's Gluckstadt received my car for body repair on 12/27/23. There was nothing wrong with my electrical system nor the engine. I was patient with them the entire time. I called a few weeks ago to check the status of my car, I was initially told everything was done, that my car only needed the tire put on and an alignment and that my car would be finished by 1/18/24.
