Our daughter’s 2024 Jeep has been in this shop for over two months, which is entirely unreasonable for any reputable service facility. To start, I was told my car would be ready in 3–4 weeks, but they kept it for 7 weeks. Communication was terrible — After waiting weeks I called them and was told I could pick it up on a Friday because everything was done except the horn replacement. It does not take weeks to receive a horn. Well Friday came with no call from them. I called Monday, was told they would check and see what the status is and call me back that afternoon, and (of course) that didn’t happen. The back door driver's side outside door handle of my wife's 2015 Toyota Highlander came off last week and she freaked out. My wife has OCD and let's little things get to her real quick. She went Barnett Body Shop in Madison, MS and they put the handle back on and charged her absolutely nothing . I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but this day and time it is almost unheard of and it WAS a big deal to her. You guys are Awesome!

Dropped our car off on 200+ miles, it was on 31 when I got it and didn’t realize it until I got on the highway when the gas light came on. I was only getting the rear bumper fixed. Also white powder in the passenger seat, there was no need y'all to manage to drive that many miles in my car to fix a damn bumper.
