I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barnett. My vehicle has been at this shop since January 16th following a front-end collision, and the repairs have not been completed in a timely manner. Wonderful experience. I was involved in a minor accident the week before Christmas. In spite of closing for the holidays they somehow managed to fix my car in a very timely fashion. Allen was very informative & helpful. I definitely recommend them.
Our daughter’s 2024 Jeep has been in this shop for over two months, which is entirely unreasonable for any reputable service facility. Throughout this period, we have received a continuous series of shifting explanations with no clear resolution and no definitive timeline for completion.
