I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barnett. My vehicle has been at this shop since January 16th following a front-end collision, and the repairs have not been completed in a timely manner. Over the past several weeks, I have repeatedly been told that my vehicle would be ready “next week.” Those deadlines have consistently passed without completion. Wonderful experience. I was involved in a minor accident the week before Christmas. In spite of closing for the holidays they somehow managed to fix my car in a very timely fashion. Allen was very informative & helpful. I definitely recommend them.
