Traveling for vacation and the undercarriage of our car got damaged. Allen and his mechanic were great people and got us right in, took care of us quickly, and we are very lucky we chose here to stop for help. Highly recommend them!
Barnett's Gluckstadt received my car for body repair on 12/27/23. There was nothing wrong with my electrical system nor the engine. I was patient with them the entire time. I called a few weeks ago to check the status of my car, I was initially told everything was done, that my car only needed the tire put on and an alignment and that my car would be finished by 1/18/24. Friendly and accommodating
Did an excellent job in repairing our Lincoln after a deer ran into the side of the car.
Communication was not good at all. A 4 day repair turned into a 7 week endeavor. It was my wife’s vehicle. It was always a “waiting on paint” or “waiting for a new hood” (they “ordered” 4)… We finally get it back and I just noticed the hood jams aren’t aligned. They pin striped it with it misaligned so I can’t fix it myself… I took my truck up there to check on my wife’s car and get an estimate on fixing a spot where someone backed into me.
