Mr Appalling is the best word I can use to describe the work of J Rex Barnett. I hired him to handle a divorce and after paying an advance of $1,000 and another $1,000 later it became very difficult to reach Mr Barnett or his office ? the number listed by the way.. no longer works. Had I not kept his number when he returned a call I would have had no way of contacting him at all. To start with it took 4 months to get an agreed order document out of him.
