searched for a repair technician near me to repair my garage door. Apparently the door fell of it's track. they came out the same day it fixed it for a reasonable price.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He answered all questions and did not pressure me to have unnecessary work done. I made the decision to replace entire unit instead of just the gears. I would highly recommend this company.

Scheduling was very easy. The Technician arrived on time and inspected the garage door and opener. He checked the condition, tested all of the features including the safety functions. I asked his opinion about different types of garage door openers, rollers, etc. and he was happy to answer any questions I had. He replaced all the rollers were replaced and lubricated any parts that needed it. I would recommend both the company and the technician who came out.

The job went very well. I have an older home and the old garage door opener was very loud and shaky. You could hear it from anywhere in the house. The man from Barnett Repairs replaced the whole thing, and now it is so much quieter. You can't hear it from in the house like you used to. I needed a third door opener, and he only had two, so he said he would come back later in the day with another opener, and he did. He even programmed the button in my car for me. Very nice service. Very happy with it.

The door had been making worse and worse sounds for a while, so I decided to call Barnett Repairs, since they has installed the door 3 years ago. Mark came out to change the rollers and look at the door and it was fairly obvious it needed more, as we thought. He was very knowledgeable about what had been done previously and his recommendations made sense. He worked efficiently and was done quickly. The door sounds great.
