My experience has been terrible also.Bought a Vengeance from cabelas in 14. First year was good. (though I only shot it 20 -30 -times). 2nd year ,first week of deer season the limb support breaks in half while cocking.Sent Bow back to Barnetts in fla . (Cost me 50 bucks to ship).Was told 7 - 10 business days to repair.20 business days later(1 month) still no bow.Called several times only to be told it was on the repair bench and they could not tell me when it will be done.Asked to talk to a manager and was told they are in a... read more

I had an awesome experience. I had recently bought a Barnett Quad 400 on craigslist, got it home and while cleaning it found that one of the limbs was cracked/fractured. I researched the issue and came to the conclusion that I didn't feel safe using it as it was. So after looking up the company online, I was surprised to find they were located fairly close to where I live. My experience so far has been terrible. I purchased a brand new Barnett Razor through a local bow shop in October. In November the day after Thanksgiving the trigger mechanism locked with the cross bow drawn and would not fire. The local bow shop talked to Barnett and arranged for the warranty work but I had to pay for shipment fully assembled and with my return address due to the local bow shop closing business for several months to be relocated.
