The first time I went to Dr Kant I arrived 5 minutes early and I was on time as I was told to be at the time I called in to make an appointment. I was told if I was late Dr Kant wouldn’t see me. He came in to see me when there was 10 minutes left in my appointment time and because there was only 10 minutes left he said he wouldn’t have time to do the biopsy I came in for. Dr. Kantz is a great physician when you actually get to be seen. I’m newer to his practice total of 4 appointments scheduled. Two of which had problems being seen, first one the receptionist said I wasn’t on the schedule, even though I called and talked to her directly. So the next one I scheduled online said to be there at 1:15pm. Got there on time sign on the window said be back at 1:25pm ok things happen waited until just about 2:00pm until I left, no one came to the window to check anyone in. He is very caring and understanding. Dr Kantz takes the time both to listen and to explain. And his staff, the nurses are all amazing.
BEST Primary Care Doctor EVER!
Was getting anxious wondering if Dr. Kantz was returning back to the office! Fortunately he did and all good 👍. Dr. KANTZ is a healer that isn't just replaceable!
