This office has very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable and very patient, even when running short staffed. I always feel like Dr. listens to my concerns and really cares about helping me. I’ve been going to Dr Kantz for 16-17 years, never a bad experience . A+ team!!
I don't know what's going on at this office, but 90% of the time when I call no one answers the phone, and when I leave a message no one ever calls back. When I do happen to catch someone on the phone, they never have appointments available or they don't have anything for a week. If you're sick, you want to see the doctor as soon as possible, not a week later. I always just end up going to urgent care because this place is so unreliable. I'm ready to switch PCPs.
Dr Kantz, and his staff, have always been kind, considerate, respectful. Dr Kantz himself has a great sense of humor, and no matter what is wrong with me , I always come away feeling 1000% better! Thanks Doc
