Horrible customer service. Called and scheduled a service of my heating system and they said the soonest was 2 weeks out. On the day of service my girlfriend waited all day for a no call no show. I waited a few days before calling and after leaving a message no one called back. Got in contact with the main guy 2 days ago who said he would call yesterday and still no response. If they don't want the money, the service contract or the job, just say that.
They took the time to explain an electrical safety question I had regarding the use of a generator. Their demeanor and professionalism on the phone was excellent. Highly recommended.
The staff The came to the house seemed Knowledgeable professional he gave the price for the filter with instalation that was going to be 400.00 and 1200.00 for my hot water heater with instalation I kept asking for my my invoice nothing. When the job was done my total for the filter was 650.00 and the invoice doesn't show the break down of material and labor or permits.
