I would not recommend this company at all. Connie who answers the phone does not know how to talk to people on the phone. She is very rude. They do not care if they get your business or not they must be doing pretty good. I explained that the thermostat was not shutting off at my mother's house and that her house was 95 degrees. If you are going to write a review, get it correct. You paid $3,515.00 not $6,000.00 for a 4 ton Lennox heat pump, moved the unit, cleaned indoor coil and ran all new copper lines. That was total which also included freight, labor and sales tax. Just getting the facts straight.

We bought a brand new air conditioning unit for this guy four years ago. We paid 6,000 for the unit and it’s went out every summer and had to be repaired. The first year the compressor went out. I would not recommend this company. Buyers beware!
