I wanted to share my experience with Barnett Heating and Air. Last year our entire system broke down. We needed to replace. We got quotes from multiple vendors and Barnett was half of what the other companies were charging for comparable systems and scope of work. Highly recommend you hire Barnett. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, positive, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. My utility bill jumped 30% one month and they quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with zero inconvenience to my home or my work schedule. This local company gave us the best price for replacing our HVAC system. By far better than Costco and Bell Bros. Each company that came to quote the installation was wonderful. Hard to decide until Barnett came and quoted $5000 to $12,000 less. The system we now have is quieter and way more efficient. Our house is at a comfortable temperature for the first time in 10 years. I cannot express how much this company helped me. My home warranty sent out a company that was absolutely terrible and tried to fix something that wasn't broken and charge me $3500 (South Placer heating and air----DO NOT USE THEM) I was referred to them by someone we trust and they came that day and diagnosed it with a leaky pipe.
