Highly recommend you hire Barnett. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, positive, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. My utility bill jumped 30% one month and they quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with zero inconvenience to my home or my work schedule. They’re a great group of people and I can’t say enough about how well it went 🙏🏼

This local company gave us the best price for replacing our HVAC system. By far better than Costco and Bell Bros. Each company that came to quote the installation was wonderful. Hard to decide until Barnett came and quoted $5000 to $12,000 less. The system we now have is quieter and way more efficient. Our house is at a comfortable temperature for the first time in 10 years. I cannot express how much this company helped me. My home warranty sent out a company that was absolutely terrible and tried to fix something that wasn't broken and charge me $3500 (South Placer heating and air----DO NOT USE THEM) I was referred to them by someone we trust and they came that day and diagnosed it with a leaky pipe. Told me my costs and came out very quickly, the next day and fixed the problem. The technicians were super efficient and very nice. I have a few new HVAC systems installed in the past 40 years of being a homeowner. This company is top notch. Very professional and they listen to your needs or give you recommendations if needed. They go above and beyond in customer service.

Friendly and Great service. Quick response. When we needed new system, they had the best estimate of all the places we called. Helped us with the SMUD program that we went through. Also used them for another property. Have had to call 1x for small issue at each location- Barnett service came out quickly, explained the issue and replaced because still under warranty.
