I’ve used Barnett a few times and routinely have been cancelled on when requesting a fix on shoddy work for an outdoor outlet installation. During install, technician asked us to run to Home Depot to install the outdoor cover ourselves even though we paid for the install. Once installed, there was a hole left through our wood siding.
