We ordered our furniture for our new home. Since we were moving out of state, Kelly told me that they will put everything together to make sure drawers fit & nothing was damaged. Long story short, my dresser wasnt in a box or wrapped, they just put it on our moving truck. The drawers wouldnt even close properly. We did as you asked and left the items in boxes since you were traveling to Iowa. We offered to replace it, you just needed to bring it back to the store.
I will never buy from them again. we were completely unhappy with our couch and they said they would try to sell it as used. its 3 weeks old. I will never make the mistake of buying from you again

They have a great selection of furniture. I had several pieces delivered this past weekend and the delivery crew was efficient and professional. Barnett and Brown’s service is impeccable!
I recently purchased two couches from Barnett and Brown. I cannot speak highly enough about their prices and customer service. One of the couches had a very minor defect. They immediately delivered a new couch! I thought it would be a big headache but they made the process so simple! 5 stars!
Great people and the best prices . They even get in trouble for giving the lowest prices story n lee got them to not sell Hooker furniture since they beat their prices by a lot . They still have nice brands and can order from catalogs and best prices (sort of like McDonalds idea of seeking more at better prices ) and great dealing with them face to face vs asheley furniture where u will get screwed and never get what u paid for , and no return on your money either .
We have always enjoyed roaming through the store to see what we could find! They are kind enough to allow us to do that and we have purchased a home filled with our finds!
