In May 2017 Barnett Bates overcharged an invoice by $838.00 and we overpaid it. With another invoice coming due we applied that invoice to the overpayment and asked for a refund of the remaining $83.00. It has taken months with follow up every week and promised a refund each call. I was just told "that's the way things go" and the impression my refund was insignificant to even take seriously.
