I was in an accident so used this place for PT. While I got good treatment from the therapist the financial office was just about as bad as the accident. They would not talk to my lawyer and insisted on direct payment. Months after making the arrangement for monthly payments (and sticking to them) they came back saying they were going to send the account to collections.
