I was quite disappointed by the discourteous behavior exhibited by the front counter clerk. My inquiry was met with an immediate and aggressive response, and her overall demeanor was notably impolite. Dr. Adam was exceptionally pleasant, as were the other assistants. It is regrettable that such behavior was the initial experience. I did mention this to Dr. Adam, expressing hope that it was an isolated incident and not representative of her usual conduct.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is excellent.
