My toe is broken and they let me leave the office without a brace. Now I have to find a place I can buy one around stl, btw almost impossible. Medicine in this country is becoming a joke. I would have been better off going to an urgent care.
I have never been more confused and pissed off in my entire life. The front desk here is about as incompetent as they come. Both me and my girlfriend were told that first patient visits would be completely covered. Only problem is I received a bill for both my first visit and the second one. And my girlfriend received a bill for her one and only visit as well. They just don't like to take responsibility for their own miscommunication and errors.
