Barnes towing came to the rescue when our rv broke down. We were traveling and had an axle problem. They went above and beyond to help us out.
Couldn’t have been faster, nicer, or more helpful. They were wonderful and really helped in a bad situation. Would 100% recommend.
Barnes is great! I got myself dug in the mud after a lot of flooding. They called when they were 10 min away and the tow truck driver was so nice - I felt bad that he had to walk in such a muddy area but he just wanted to get me unstuck. Awesome company.
I was stuck and my truck would not start. I called for roadside service and I typically receive service from subpar providers. Barnes called me when enroute and again when they were 10 mins away. I have never received such professional service in my life. The customer service is AMAZING, WARM AND YOU CAN FEEL HOW MUCH THEY CARE. This will be my go to roadside service from this point on. Words can not express how much gratitude I have for Barnes.
