I am extremely disappointed by this firm’s billing practices and would strongly caution others before engaging them. I was a client of this firm 4–5 years ago for my own estate planning. Recently, I sent a single email inquiry asking about the process and cost for estate planning for my father. That is all. I did not ask to proceed, retain the firm, or authorize any legal work.
