Mr Barnes was friendly the day of the survey. Had issues with it (the survey) not being correct though. When I questioned it he sort of got upset, stating he has an education as well as satelites to base his work off of and left. The following morning though he was back early correcting his mistake. His explaination was that the issue had to do with the neighbors lot. Surveyed my lot & later when I couldn't find the pin he came back to find it & didn't charge me. Also later when I was building a barn another pin was gone because of a car wreck, he rechecked & pinned that corner for a very reasonable price.

Easy to talk to. I had questions that didn't require a land survey. After talking with him, I was put in the direction to whom I need to talk to about my delema.

Surveyed property once we split the house from farm land. It was wrong and we paid higher taxes for years on the farm land. It became a blame game and had to spend HOURS dealing with surveyor, title company and auditors office!

Mr. Barnes was very easy to work with and got out to do our job right away. Definitely recommended.
