I called SEVERAL ‘appliance repair’ companies SOME NEVER ANSWERED & OTHERS NEVER RETURNED THE CALL! A COUPLE ANSWERED & NO ONE worked on SAMSUNG! Finally, One answered! He was on time, knew within minutes what the issue was, ordered the part & repaired it. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE! I definitely recommend BARNES REPAIR COMPANY!
Dustin is very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave information on how to better maintain the washer. Also answered any question that came up during the repair.
