Title V Report Barnes Sanitation performed the title V inspection when I bought my house in 2016. (Edited October 21, 2021)
Barnes Sanitation performed the title V inspection when I bought my house in 2016. They passed the system and their report stated that the distribution box was replaced. I had a recent inspection of the system and it failed. The distribution box was never replaced. They admittedly said so to my current vendor. This is a case of a fraudulent report. And I have the pictures to prove it. They refuse to answer my calls or return my messages. I will be complaining to the licensing commission soon. These are very poor work ethic... read more
