I cannot say too many good things about Barnes! I was first referred to them around 2020 when they installed a gas fireplace in my home in Irmo. They fielded so many questions and even came out to do a tutorial on how to use it as I was not present during installation. I have since moved to a home with a propane tank and switched over to them from the prior provider. This fall Helene uprooted a tree/along with the gas line- they helped me navigate that mess.
