Very unhappy with my college book return process. I had a hard time trying to return a book that I knew I had to return but wasn’t given the proper information to return. Now I’m having to pay for it a year later because they’re not waiting any longer for an issue I tried to work with and they apparently don’t even need the book anymore so they won’t accept a return at this point.
