We’ve been taking our vehicles to Barnes Motors for years, both in Lancaster and now Etown since they’ve moved. Zach and his team keep us on the road, and is always done with friendly service. Their schedule does tend to fill up quickly so call ahead to get on their schedule right away. Anything from quick oil changes or inspections to full parts replacements, they know their stuff.
I am so happy with the awesome service provided. From Kim the secretary to the boys in the garage,every experience has been top notch!! Run don't walk to this incredible shop!!
Good customer service
Recently bought a used 19 Tesla Model 3. Wanted a mechanic to get some eyes on it and was looking to get a safety inspection done. Not sure where to go, it was suggested by a friend to give barnes a call. They told me up front they never inspected a Tesla but put me on the schedule and promised to do their research prior to me arriving.
