Barnes monument was amazing with me and my husband with the los did our son. The installer Bradyn was so sweet and allow us to stay while he installed the head stone. The ordering was so easy and timeless. They walked me through everything and i had no stress at al.
Sorry this review reflects the company name, versus mine. Barnes Monuments made the entire monument process very comfortable. They showed genuine compassion for our family. They never "pushed", but offered good advice for consideration. Thier regular, prompt, informing comunication was very much appreciated. Barnes Monuments did a wonderful job on our headstone. They made sure everything was perfect and just how we wanted it. It is absolutely beautiful!
This company did an excellent job on my father and mother's companion headstone when my father passed away. My mom thinks it is beautiful. Barnes Monuments is very professional and cares that their customers are happy and get the headstone features that they want. It was also a bonus that it was completed sooner than expected! Great communication and went above & beyond! Highly recommend!
