The lady at the front desk was very rude. Definitely not a great customer service experience.
We checked into Oncology building by mistake for an ultrasound appointment. We were told to wait to be called in. After waiting 30 mins, another staff person told us we were in the wrong building and needed to go to the hospital building and Imaging dept. We checked in, and the receptionist said, "It was our fault" and we will have to wait until we could be worked in. I said the system failed because the screen at Oncology said Imaging, and we were told to wait there. She argued with me and said "no." The technician will try... read more

They were very efficient & kind. I did not expect to have any imaging done that day, but the Rheumatology Dr ordered it. They got me out quickly which I appreciated. Very short wait time!
**Waiting room is small. Probably best to leave visitors in the lobby as there is not a ton of seating if it is busy. BJC West County outpatient imaging center offers screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds, bone density screenings, and walk-in X-rays with a Doctor's order. Appointments need to be scheduled in advance with Scheduling. Receptionists and technologists are caring, kind, and professional.
