emergency room, took my daughter to the emergency room and my daughter was in real pain. A nurse or receptionist was playing games with the security guard and laughing. COVID rules wouldn't allow me access to her until she had taken a covid test so she went back into the emergency room area and said it was dirty with terrible smell
