Had to be transferred 3 times to answer a simple question.
I'm a disabled veteran, VA always pays! They have their policy where you have to come in and wait. I did the paperwork and I waited for an hour. reception's had no idea when I could be seen. Then I spoke to therapist she said it will take a while, I said I'm leaving, she said goodbye! No help at all. This facility is mostly for court ordered behavioral health so they can treat the patients like garbage and they won't complain, That's not right!
I honestly couldn't be more grateful, so much care is given and very helpful resources are offered, so much support and guidance, it's been the best support system I have, I'm just really grateful because of them, I'm managing my life better because of them, they're becoming more of a reason for me to keep going and not give up, they're giving me purpose in life again
Need my medicine but I don't have 2 hours for intake nor can I get a ride without an appointment.
