Unfortunately I'm having to search for a new dentist. Dr Barnes is great but his office manager yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me for asking questions. She would barely stop yelling to allow me to speak. She also spoke about private health concerns pertaining to Dr Barnes. His receptionist also failed to do her job numerous times as I had left multiple messages that did not get a return call. This office is a disgrace to all other dentists that actually care for their patients. It is nasty and filthy they are not organized at all. Rude and aggressive. They should be shut down until they get ppl in there that actually care and try to help patients.
