Our furnace quit working on Monday November 24. We called Barnes and they were really busy but she said they would get someone as soon as possible. Tuesday afternoon she called and said a service man would be able to come later that day. He came and figured out what the problem was and determined the part was under warranty. He said it would have to be ordered and probably would not be here until next week. This afternoon Wednesday November 26, he came and said the part had arrived and installed it. We now have heat!!!! Called and needed a estimate on a new heating system (furnace, pump, ect) and talked to a lady that said she would have one of her guys call me and schedule. 2 weeks later after no call i called them again. Got the same thing as they wanted to take down my number again. Told them I would go with someone else as im not waiting again just to be blown off. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Barnes Heating and Cooling. We needed a new heating and cooling system to replace our old system. We called Barnes Heating and Cooling who were professional, courteous, and helpful, from the start to the finish of the job. The installation was quick and our heating/cooling unit works great.
