Called to get the furnace repaired. They were here in less than 48 hours. John was polite, professional, and had my heat working faster than you could complain that you were "cold" :) I will use them again in the future. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you Bruce & John.

This is a new house for us. Heating and Cooling system has Barnes name on it. Having trouble with the cooling system but they can't help because their booked up, so I tried to get some history info on the system such as the age. Was told they don't have any info. None?? Because it seemed odd, I cordially tried to question it further to make sure the woman understood that all I wanted was the age of the system. I was told I had an attitude and that she was hanging up. Very strange way to communicate with a customer.
