Called and needed a estimate on a new heating system (furnace, pump, ect) and talked to a lady that said she would have one of her guys call me and schedule. 2 weeks later after no call i called them again. Got the same thing as they wanted to take down my number again. Told them I would go with someone else as im not waiting again just to be blown off. Called to get the furnace repaired. They were here in less than 48 hours. John was polite, professional, and had my heat working faster than you could complain that you were "cold" :) I will use them again in the future. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you Bruce & John.
