If you have the chance to only work with Wes, do so. The entire firm never made me aware that I needed to be in court for my trial. I was rudely berated by one of the lawyers about not knowing that, when a simple email or phone call the day before would solve. Customer communication is severely lacking in this place and it shows. They did end up getting my case dismissed but make sure YOU stay on top of THEM even after you pay if you go with this firm.
Do not even bother calling this place. Getting a response from Mr. Grimes took way too long and he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Don’t even waste your time calling these people.
Do not use anyone in this firm. You will end up in Jail!
