We hired Barnes Fence in March of 2020 to put in our fence. The sides were 6' privacy, and the back side was 4' wrought iron. We asked them to place the fence 8 - 12" inside our property line. (nothing in writing). Our first issue was that they wouldn't show up when they said they would. Then when they were "finished" we noticed that several of the privacy fence panels were not nailed in at the bottom and would just swing.
