I started going to Dr Neal's office when it was Aggie Dental. Then even after moving from Davis to Sac I still continue to make the drive because from entering through the front door to sitting in the waiting area to getting the dental work completed it's a very pleasant experience. From my experience I feel Dr Neal's work is top notch. The other staff members in the office are friendly and professional. My dental visit was great. It was a fitting for a new mouth guard. Dr. Neal checked out the fit and said it was good so it was a quick and very successful appointment.

While my appointment didn’t start terribly late I was surprised to see so many staff coming in after 7:00 (just by a couple minutes) when my appointment was scheduled at 7:00.

This was my first time at Neal Dental, as an apprehensive new client, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service, knowledge and excellent chair side manner. Dr. Neal took the time to explain what his examination result in a manner that helped me understand what was occurring with my teeth and the best plan forward. I felt seen and heard and did not have to deal with being upsold on a process and/or procedure. It is so hard to find a dentist that you can trust and I feel I have found that in the Neal Dental team!
