The entire staff at Barnes Family Dentistry is AMAZING! I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident with the care I’m receiving. It’s like spending time visiting with friends, who just happen to also clean my teeth! Even my six year old LOVES going in her for cleanings! Everyone is so kind and friendly! Drs. Janel and Jim are professional, efficient and have an office team that provides superior customer service! I highly recommend them!
I am so fortunate to have found Barnes Family Dentistry over 20 years ago. They really do treat you like family from the minute you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and welcoming and both Drs Jim and Janel Barnes are highly competent and knowledgeable. I love that they take the time to explain procedures and always make you feel at ease. They are very important members of my family’s care team.
This office is terrific. Great care from reception through all services. All procedures are clearly communicated. Their entire staff puts you at ease. They have advocated for me with my insurance and have give me great counsel and referrals for complicated procedures. I would highly recommend!
Finding Barnes Family Dentistry when we moved to Wilmington in 1998 was truly a stroke of good luck. Drs. Jim and Janel epitomize family dentists. They are ultimately competent in their dental skills and stay ahead of the technology of their profession. Moreover, they are extremely friendly and take the "family" in "family dentistry" very serious. Every member of their staff has and displays these traits of competence and cordiality. Like many others who have posted here, my husband and I have been seeing Jim and his staff for nearly 20 years! That's a testament to the kind, professional, and friendly manner of Jim and his staff.
