Mr. Barnes is a very nice person...but will sell you out to the other side in a heartbeat (my POV). In the beginning he was confident we could settle my case out of court, but became somewhat distraught, a few months later, when he found out the other side switched attorneys (one that he knew) and was going to battle the case in court. Called and had conversation with this attorney almost two weeks ago and he requested private documents from me to review to represent me, and since has not returned even ONE CALL OR EMAIL RESPONSE!!!! This is a time sensitive case and his receptionist Salome won't tell me anything, and says all she's allowed to do is to take a message for him to call me...so what is her job? She told me to give him at least 24 hours...that was almost 2 weeks ago!...I won't be using his services...they do not return calls or emails or respond... read more
