This was a sub contractor my general contractor used to build my house. After trying to rip us off installing unapproved lighting while we were away & unavailable (increasing the cost of the job by over $20K, he lied and said we approved 3 times the fixtures. Fact is we had not approved anything yet! Once our general contractor made him rip it all out, the price went up for the items we eventually did approve.
