I hired Barnes Custom Builders to remodel 2 full bathrooms plus some other updates. Overall, a frustrating experience. At my request, the bathrooms were done one at a time, but it took them about 10 months to finish both. Many days went by without any work and when a sub finally shows up, they usually didn't finish the job or made mistakes. You're paying Barnes to manage the project for you, but they usually don't bother checking the work in detail. A lot of work had to be fixed or redone which added months of delays. Charlie and his team were tremendous; from the ideas and planning stage right through to the final nail of our project.
