When my car needed repair I asked about places to rent a car. No one in the garage knew of a place and suggested Kansas City (found one in the next town 25 miles away). Sometimes I get the feeling the workers aren't very knowledgable and with the exception of two people, not very friendly. Once they gave me a car to drive while mine was repaired and it was a huge car, very old, and virtually empty fuel tank.
