I highly recommend Russ for his thorough and thoughtful inspection and prompt next day report. He went on the roof, went in the attic, ran the appliances, and found the hidden issues. He was punctual, professional and personable, willing to take the time to explain things so myself and my partner could better understand our future home. The report is comprehensive and well laid out with additional diagrams and clear photos. You won't regret calling Russ at Barnes and Co.

Russ did a pre-purchase inspection for us, where conditions of the house were concerning in some areas. He was incredibly thorough, and the documentation was many levels above any previous house inspection we have seen. When we had questions, his team was very responsive. This made a stressful time a lot more calming and gave us all the information about what we needed to address and what was not a concern so that we could make decisions. Highly recommend his services.
