They genuinely care about your furr baby. They have taken us in when we've had emergencies. They don't rake us over the coals by doing every test but educate you and allow you to make the decision on what you feel is best for your 4 legged friend. They are gentile and compassionate.
Brought our beautiful kind dog Dixie in “solely” to have her nails clipped. The vet stated he wasn’t capable to clip her nails. He smugly said, “Perhaps she should be medicated for life”. That is ALL he did. Nothing more. They charged us $71.00 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. When I tried to discuss the charges, they lied and said they performed an exam, they did NOT! Total theft of money!!
Great Doctors , friendly staff, I have been going there for many years and NEVER had a bad experience. They are wonderful !!
Weird observation. I can call and make four separate appointments for each one of my dogs on the same day but I can't make one appointment for all four dogs at once. Am I the only one that finds this odd? So no I will no longer recommend.
