I viewed a property with Barnard i sent my hold deposit, they have one system its takes so long so i told to agent sent back my deposit I was told the process would take 4–5 days, but it’s now been more than two weeks with no clear update. When I followed up, one of the team members was quite rude and unprofessional. I’m still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned. I’ve never experienced such poor communication and service from an agency before.
Henry was fantastic from start to finish. Highly proactive, personable and successfully secured our new home through a chain scenario that was more complex than initially apparent. Very grateful for his efforts.
