We were under time pressure and our family needed a move to a preferred house of our taste without having to move to a worse house, luckily Bernard Marcus, specifically Fabian, massively helped us by giving us a house near our previous location at an affordable price which is arguably better than the house before. We are deeply indebted to the work at Bernard Marcus and the Estate agents!
Be careful!! They won’t pass your offer on time and that cost my chance. And they will say everything to protect their staff. Just a reminder. Make sure you know your offer is passed to the seller within 24 hours as regulated by laws and industry standards.
