The entire team was so patient, kind and helpful. Noelle Wands PA-C is passionate about her work and made me feel heard. Her assistant Ali is a gem to this office and so compassionate! Thank you for walking alongside me on my skin health journey.
My experience with Noelle and her assistant, Ally, was beyond not only my hopes, but also beyond my past experiences at Rheim. Noelle obviously puts her heart and soul into her work. She did a thorough check of my body took care of a few small things, and when I left, I felt confident that she had my health in her best interest. The front desk staff was quite welcoming and warm also... Just a great experience❣️🌸❣️
I had a growth removed on my eyelid. I was provided with zero information on what to expect besides “some slight swelling”. It’s now a week later and my eye is still virtually shut and painful. I tried to get a follow-up appointment but I was advised nothing available to even have the doctor to take a look until the end of the following week, just short of 3 weeks after the removal, however I was advised that I could to go an Urgent Care facility.
Great staff
Dr. Lucero and her assistant were amazing. They made me feel comfortable during my visit and answered all of my questions/concerns about my skin. Thank you 💕
