The pontoon boat was ready, our paperwork was there for signatures, all our questions were answered. We even got immediate responses to our texts when we were 'lost' on the water. Had a great time.
We rented the pontoon twice this year and had a great day on the water. Austin and Wesley delivered the boat to the doc and gave us excellent directions for a safe, fun experience. Boat was great both times and we will definitely rent from Barnacle Bills Boats again.
We had an awesome time on the water, we seen dolphins and picked shells from Shell Key. Barnacle Bill's explained everything making our day perfect, we will definitely rent from him again.
The Tahoe boat we had was in bad shape! Carpet was a mess and it was very dirty. This boat should be replaced! I would give it a one star but it did float!
I am truly surprised at the good reviews I've seen. My husband and I have rented many pontoon boats in the past and I would say this was the worst. We paid $286 for 4 hours and by the time we got on the boat and went through information we ended up having 1/2 hour less. The Avalon was dirty,someone's leftover carryout still on the boat. The gas gage and the radio did not work either.
