After having a positive experience here for my NT scan, I decided to return for my 20-week anatomy scan despite reading several negative reviews. Unfortunately, my second experience was incredibly disappointing. The ultrasound technician, Jamie (I believe), lacked even the most basic warmth, compassion, and professionalism. Cannot find their phone number
I was very worried with all the negative reviews coming to this appointment. This is my first pregnancy and everything is scary! We were greeted right away and the process to check in was easy. We waited about 20 mins to go back to a room and a nurse took my blood pressure. Then a few minutes the lady who did our ultrasound was highly knowledgeable and completed her work quickly before showing us our baby. This place is the worst. I went for my NT scan here and waited 4 hours in the waiting room, another hour in the ultrasound room, and the old lady who did my ultrasound was BEYOND rude. When I was told I had to go back for my Anatomy scan I was less than thrilled but willing to try again with them. WHAT A MISTAKE! The woman who did my ultrasound was BEYOND rough.
