I was very worried with all the negative reviews coming to this appointment. This is my first pregnancy and everything is scary! We were greeted right away and the process to check in was easy. We waited about 20 mins to go back to a room and a nurse took my blood pressure. Then a few minutes the lady who did our ultrasound was highly knowledgeable and completed her work quickly before showing us our baby. This place is the worst. I went for my NT scan here and waited 4 hours in the waiting room, another hour in the ultrasound room, and the old lady who did my ultrasound was BEYOND rude. When I was told I had to go back for my Anatomy scan I was less than thrilled but willing to try again with them. WHAT A MISTAKE! The woman who did my ultrasound was BEYOND rough. I had abdominal pain for over a week from how rough and hard she pushed on my belly, I had bruises all over my abdomen, and even went to the hospital because it hurt... read more
Appalling. Absolutely filthy. Arrived ten minutes in advance of the appointment time and waited in line for another ten minutes just to get to the receptionist at the front desk. The bathroom was destroyed with urine stains and sample containers and dead flies. The waiting room has stained carpets and an unpleasant smell. I would recommend going elsewhere where if at all possible.
I've been here with all three of my pregnancies, starting in 2018 and have had wonderful experiences with all three. Every doctor I saw was courteous and professional, the staff was also very nice.
If I could leave less stars I would.. Firstly you'll definitely want like 7 masks over your mouth to block the odor to put it mildly. Second bring lunch and a good read because you'll be sitting at least 2 hours waiting. Appointment was for 130 got done at 330
