Hi, for the second time , the patient representative were very rude to me , like they too busy don’t have time for you . I appreciate my doctor Goykhman . But not happy about office stuff.
I see both Dr. Meir Dershowitz for endocrinology and Dr. Marc Katz for cardiology at this location and I cannot tell you how much it means to have not just doctors but advocates. Both of my doctors ensure I get my prior authorizations for any medications and I do not need to battle my insurance company because they do it all for me. When I go to my appointments I feel heard and even if it has been a while since my last appointment they remember not just what is in my chart but they know my goals for my overall health.
