Very rude staff. Doctors do not know what they are talking about
The audacity… This office originally diagnosed my elderly father with shingles. When his symptoms worsened, I called to schedule an appointment with the doctor. After confirming the appointment, Joanne from the office called back to say that because shingles is "highly contagious," they would only allow a video call instead. I explained that my father is hard of hearing, making a video call completely ineffective.
