There was an issue with the patient’s appointment in front of me. I had to hold my urine for my pelvic ultrasound and they completely ignored me and didn’t check me in while I waited. They need to have more help at the desk or a better system. I’m not coming back.

Seamless and efficient experience for a CT Scan. The Imaging Department is open on Saturdays, and so I scheduled on-line for an appointment. Sign in went smoothly, thanks to Angela. I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. The tech, Carol, explained the procedure, which took only a few minutes.
Total incompetence. No one knows anything. I was scheduled for an MRV in April. I came for the test, sat in the waiting room, a woman came out and said the prescription is for an MRV; you’ve been scheduled for an MRI. We can’t give you the test.STRIKE ONE. Now, I reschedule for the MRV, come in, go through the test. I get a call that afternoon that I was given the wrong test. They gave me an MRA, which I didn’t need.
