Walked in to take a tour and by far one of the nastiest daycares we’ve walked through. The front office was nice, but as soon as you go through the door where the kids stay it smelt EXACTLY like wet dogs.. If you’ve ever been in an animal shelter you know the exact smell. And for $345 a week this is highway robbery! This should be a top notch facility for that price! The classrooms were disgusting and the infant room was poorly set up. No cameras! My kid told me she was punched in the lip by another kid, teacher stated my kid fell on the face and bumped lip. While another teacher said kid punched my baby in lip!! Upon pick up my kid had bloody swollen lip with no intervention! Manager Joyce notified !!NEED CAMERA MONITORING!!!!

I chose to enroll with Kindercare because the teachers and staff continually exceed all of our expectations! The empathy presented by the staff transcends the students' emotional well-being; it creates a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive classroom. I have seen the implications of the dedicated staff through my thriving preschooler.
